Wrongful Convictions Do Happen

Raye Dawn Smith was wrongfully convicted of enabling child abuse in connection with the death of her daughter Kelsey Smith-Briggs aka Kelsey Briggs in an unfair trial in front of a biased jury who should have been hearing the case against who killed Kelsey, Michael Porter, instead of the case based on nothing but hearsay and lies against Raye Dawn.

 

We will never give up the fight for Raye's freedom of this wrongful conviction.

Meet Raye Dawn Smith - mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, cousin, niece, and friend. Raye Dawn had a blessed childhood with two loving parents. She was a "daddy's girl." Her daughter, Kelsey Smith-Briggs became her world.
